Paper Berlin continues its little tour, which stopped at ADE last week with an intense party in Amsterdam and which continues at PAL’s Moiré room in Hamburg on November 4th. Intimate cozy high energy raving is the motto for this one. We invited Slic Unit affiliate (if you don’t know: better peep the eclectic swagger of this Femme BIPOC collective) JADA, a local young gun who blends house, D&B, UKG etc. with a heavy bounce. Peak time vibes will be provided by DJ Yarak aka Benuebermensch, who pulls the BPM count sky high while introducing German pre-internet 2000s culture (Wo bist du mein Sonnenlicht?) into his untamed rave productions. The hype is real and it’s a Hamburg debut. And finally we have blazing Berlin DJ THC, one of the finest selectors of never boring technoid sounds with housy edges and funky chops, who first played all Berlin venues, one wants to play, and just took off for an international takeover. From Bogotá to the starz… Paper brings the unpretentious but fun and funky aspects of electronic music into Berlin’s sometimes oh-so-serious clubbing landscape since 2018. We host a stage at Melt Festival and Parties at Griessmuehle, OXI, Wilde Renate, Zur Klappe and off locations featured local and international artists such as Yung Singh, Sherelle, Soichi Terada, Yu Su, Coucou Chloe, Mount Kimbie, Kikelomo, Lone, 박혜진 Park Hye Jin and many more…
